Who put that question mark at the end of the teleprompter??? No worries. This kid know he is Noel Devine and quite possibly the best high school running back ever. At least on video. He had a recruiting site as a freshman with this video. He'll be a junior NEXT YEAR! I know this is old news, but everytime I watch this video, I am amazed even more. Do the link. (
